I see so much of this when new members or private clients start working with me. The diet industry has hit them hard and they truly believe that they must take drastic measures to lose weight. Monday through Friday they use pure grit to stick to some unrealistic and restrictive diet . Come the weekend.. they lose their shit and eat all the stuff , like so much of the stuff they restricted 🚫 all week 🍕🍟🥯🍰🍫🍦🍸🍷🍻. Then begin again Monday . This cycle of losing , regaining and restarting goes on forever for many women .
If you just allow yourself to have all the things you love in moderation at anytime you wouldn’t be driven to go off the rails every weekend. Those foods you’ve mistakenly labeled“bad” 👿 wouldn’t have the same “ taboo” appeal and you’d consume less calories overall.
Ironically, allowing all foods keeps you from over eating them . Just sayin ... AGAIN!

My weight always fluctuated. I would try all the fad diets and have success, but as soon as I went back to 'real life', I would gain all the weight I lost back... and then some!

This all happened while I was still eating and drinking my favorite foods. She also provided me with a lot of healthy alternatives to my diet!

HAPPY ST. PADDY’S DAY🍀!
Makes me think of all things green ...
When working on losing weight, don’t focus on what you need to take away. Instead, focus on what you should ADD.! ADDING more vegetables 🥒🥦🥗 to your meals is one of the easiest ways to lose weight. It’s so easy....

🍀I often add an entire bag of frozen or cook in bag ( easy😏) vegys to my meals such as chili and stews .
🍀I add a full bag of Trader Joe’s cauliflower rice to many dishes to bulk it up . It makes the meal huge, takes forever to eat and leaves me feeling super full for hours.
🍀Add to omelettes or egg scrambles to double their size and satiety.
🍀Add lettuce 🥬, cucumbers🥒or leftover roasted vegetables to your sandwich 🥪 at lunch or add a simple salad 🥗 on the side. Use some bagged , pre washed ( easy 😏) greens and a few cherry tomatoes 🍅 to make it fast and easy .
🍀Keep cut up vegys around to snack on and placed at eye level in your fridge ( you’re more likely to go for them when they are prominently displayed) . Make that easy too by buying pre cut or a full premade crudités. Yeah, it’s a bit more expensive but it’s easier making it more likely you’ll do it.
